Know the practicalities
Check light, sound, loading and power early, so issues that could affect the schedule are discussed before the shoot.
REAL LOCATIONS. LOCAL PRODUCTION.
Show your product in everyday life.
ONCE sources location studios across Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan and Dongguan for international brands and ecommerce teams. We coordinate locations, talent and crew around your product, audience and script.
01 / WHY ONCE
ONCE shoots in commercial studios across the Pearl River Delta several times in most months. That experience informs practical decisions: when the light works, how a large product gets in, where the camera can move and whether the set supports the action.
The featured venues are independently operated location partners in our production supply chain. ONCE handles location research, recce and production coordination for each brief.
Check light, sound, loading and power early, so issues that could affect the schedule are discussed before the shoot.
Choose rooms, furniture and props around your audience's daily habits, so the product and performance feel at home.
ONCE coordinates the location, talent and crew, with one shoot plan and clear review points for your overseas team.
02 / EXPLORE LOCATIONS
Living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, terraces and outdoor spaces offer different ways to show your product in use. Pick the references you like; we will build a shortlist around the script and shoot date.

Images come from venue materials and serve as location references. Sets are updated regularly. Current appearance, availability, fees and usage conditions are confirmed through the recce and venue approval.
03 / MARKET FIT
The same product can belong in very different homes and routines. We select locations, talent and set dressing with your audience's living environment, habits and tastes in mind, creating a believable context for the product.
Show size, setup, cleaning and storage in use, for product detail pages, listing videos and demonstrations.
Plan the setting, wardrobe, props and performance around the households and routines of your target market.
Plan horizontal and vertical frames, actions and setups for your channels, capturing multiple versions during the shoot.
Build the location, art direction and blocking around the script, with equipment access and production conditions checked early.
04 / BEFORE THE SHOOT
Is there room for the camera? Can a large product get through the door? Can we record dialogue on set? These details affect the budget and schedule, so we check them before confirming a location.
Depth, ceiling height, camera positions, movement paths and what a wide lens may reveal outside the intended set.
Window direction, sun timing, blackout options and noise from air conditioning, roads, construction or neighbouring shoots.
Lifts, doorway width, parking, loading, routes for large products, makeup areas and crew-size restrictions.
Surface protection, movable furniture, available power, smoke or water restrictions and the required condition at wrap.
Location usage, visible branding, common areas, property approval and third-party information that may enter frame.

07 / FAQ
The studios are independently operated partner venues, not ONCE-owned properties. ONCE selects locations for your brief, arranges recce, coordinates availability and manages the shoot.
Send us the location reference and your preferred shoot date. We will check the current set, availability, fees and usage conditions with the venue, then assess it against the script.
Yes, depending on the project. Location images, recce videos and production plans help confirm the direction. Before the shoot, we align the script, products, cast, props and review points. Live review is arranged around time zones and production scale.
Yes. ONCE can arrange international talent, a director, cinematographer, lighting, art, makeup and on-set production, with equipment selected for the script. Availability, fees and content usage rights are checked when the plan is confirmed.
The quote lists location and production fees separately. Costs reflect shoot duration, number of sets, build and reset needs, crew, equipment, power and content usage. Once we have an initial brief, we explain the cost breakdown and any potential extras.
We start with the target country or region, audience and product-use habits, then select the space, furniture, talent and props. Doors, windows, sockets, signage and performance are checked during recce and art direction. Dressing and camera angles are adjusted where needed.
LET'S PLAN YOUR SHOOT
A rough brief is enough to start. Tell us what the product is, who you want to reach and when you need it. We will help you work through location options and the shoot plan.
